Let’s see . . . me . . .i consider myself one of the lucky ones.  i married my soul mate and continue to love him more every day

i’m a morning person. maybe because i love coffee and caffeine makes me a little crazy and i’ve limited myself to coffee only in the mornings so the earlier i get up the more coffee i can drink

obsessive compulsive – not diagnosable but borderline for sure so please if you visit don’t move things in my space and i apologize in advance for moving your stuff.

who is your hero? i find this question perplexing and have never been able to answer with some fabulously famous or infamous person. my daughters are my inspiration so does that make them heroic? they managed to grow up with me and are incredibly resilient, resourceful and creative. they love forever, make me laugh when i am sad, keep me up-to-date with my fashion, food and music and generally make me strive to be a better person.

i love to shop, read, run, bike, fish, travel, eat, drink wine, take pictures. i am a mother, wife, sister, daughter, and all around good little camper.

i am an Apple girl and not the fruit, the tech. i really do have another obsession here;  iPhone, iPad, iMac, iPod touch, mini & shuffle, mac book, you get the picture.

i am constantly trying to lose 10 pounds but as i said above i love to eat so it never really happens. actually there are not many foods i don’t like. only a couple like beets, cauliflower (don’t even like the spelling of that word), sardines, black olives and cilantro (double yuk but i end up eating it because you cannot find mexican food without it and it is just too small to pick out and i look like a psycho doing it)

Oreos are my friend and simply the best cookie ever created.

i waited until i was 45 to get my bachelor’s degree but it was well worth the wait even though i am impatient by nature.

i’m really not a risk taker and am disappointed by that fact but “risk taking” just involves well . . . too much risk. i like my safe haven but part of me wants to take that giant leap.

i love my puppy Cooper so much that i actually write a blog for him as well.
